Born in Germany to Polish parents, Alex spent most of his formative years in the US. He obtained his bachelor's degree from the Warsaw School of Economics and a double masters from The Rotterdam School of Management and CEMS. Currently, he’s serving as marketing lead of Poland at Uber.
As Sociomantic's head of solutions and creator of the Supply Quality Index (SQX), Alex is a proponent for a more transparent programmatic industry with higher quality standards. He previously worked as agency team lead at Google.
Chris oversees AppNexus' premium programmatic inventory with Microsoft (MAX) for key demand partners across the CEE and MEA regions. Prior to joining AppNexus, he spent nine years at Microsoft as the programmatic lead for CEE MEA, Skype sales, and as strategy lead.
Jacek has worked as marketing manager, Poland at BlaBlaCars — one of the biggest ridesharing companies — since 2014. His experience stems from working with social media agencies, and with brands like Kredyt Bank, Plus, NC+ and KLM.
Maciej has been a core part of Sociomantic over the past six years, overseeing sales for the DACH, CEE and MEA markets. He was previously a marketing hero at Zanox, and his superpowers include online marketing, programmatic, e-commerce, mobile and app marketing.
As head of ad revenue, Magda is in charge of developing advertising revenues for the OLX Group - OLX, OtoMoto and OtoDom. Before that she spent eight and a half years at Google Ireland and Poland.
Marcin is responsible for developing Poland’s first multi-partner bonus programme, PAYBACK, a subsidiary of American Express Group. At PAYBACK, his remit includes overseeing marketing activity on a strategic and operational level. At present, he also holds the title of president at the Polish Marketing Association SMB.
As Programmatic Director at Media Impact Poland, Marcin is responsible for the strategy and development of programmatic sales. Prior to this role, he worked at Denstu Aegis and ARBOinteractive (now Ströer).
Mario is responsible for all strategic publisher relationships in EMEA. He has solid experience in digital advertising and a deep understanding of online media and big data. He previously worked with ad pepper media and newtention technologies.
As part of the Consumer Electronics division within Samsung Poland, Martyna leads a team responsible for driving revenue through added services for device owners. She has been connected with VOD branch as a provider and device producer for seven years.
Pawel is responsible for all services, applications, subscribers and thematic activities related to e-commerce and internet campaigns. He previously worked at Samsung Electronics Poland.
Radek celebrates eleven years in the e-marketing industry. At Allegro Group, he is currently responsible for performance marketing in Poland, Czech Republic and Ukraine.
A Texas native currently living in Berlin, Sarah leads the global marketing strategy for Sociomantic Labs and has helped grow the company from a five-person team to a 300+ global force. Prior to joining Sociomantic, she held roles across marketing, communications, sales, and HR, with the occasional DJ gig.
